Numbers from last draw
This drop down fields can be used to allow a certain amount of numbers from the latest winning results to be used. For example if you set these drop down menus to 1 and 2, only those results will be returned that contain at least 1 but not more than 2 numbers from the latest results.
Neighbors from last draw
This is the same as the "Numbers from last draw" filter but, instead of the drawn numbers it will be looking for the neighbors of the drawn numbers.
Min/Max R+N
The minimum and maximum represented by the sum of Numbers from last draw + Neighbors from last draw.
Let's look at some examples...
We set the filters like so:
Numbers from last draw - Min: 1, Max: 2
Neighbors from last draw - Min: 2, Max: 2
Min/Max R+N - Min: 3, Max 4
We assume that, based on the numbers we wheel and the other filters we set, the generator returns 20 combinations. The latest winning numbers were, let say... 5, 11, 15, 23 and 30.
We also assume that the first generated combination is 5, 11, 16, 24, 31. Now, a more detailed look reveals that...
This particular combination has:
- 2 numbers from the last draw (5 and 11)
- 3 neighbors of the numbers from the latest results: 16 (neighbor of 15), 24 (neighbor of 23) and 31 (neighbor of 30)
- The R+N would be 5 (2 numbers from the last draw (R=repeating) + 3 neighbors (N)
Because of the way the filters are set in this example, this combination would NOT be returned (it would be eliminated) by the number generator for two reasons:
1. Because it has 3 neighbors of the latest winning numbers, which is more than we want to allow (Neighbors from last draw was set to Min: 2, Max: 2) and because the R+N is also higher than what we want to allow (Min/Max R+N was set to - Min: 3, Max 4).
On the other hand, a combination like 5, 13, 16, 24, 32 would be returned by the system because it contains one number from the latest (5), two neighbors (16 and 24) and the sum of the repeating numbers and the neighbors (R+N) is 3 which respect the lotto history filters we set in the number generator.
LT 2 and LT 3
The values typed in the LT 2 (abbreviation we used for "last time 2") field will make sure the generated results will have 2 numbers drawn during the last Min. and Max. lotto drawings. A more detailed explanation is available in the number generator by clicking on the icon.
Pretty much the same LT 3 does the same thing as LT 2, the only difference being that the number generator will look for 3 numbers drawn during the latest Min/Max draws instead of 2.
